Responsibilities

1.加强经销商的日常管理，协助一级商达成发货、回款任务，保障合理库存
2.评估、开发具有价值的经销商，搭建完善的渠道网络，保障渠道畅通
3.建立商业沟通机制，定期与合作一级商、二级商召开商业沟通会
4.严格管理公司产品效期，严格避免渠道内产生滞销退货
5.加强流向数据管理，准确填写进销存，确保数据准确、平衡
6.及时、快速的解决渠道中存在的问题
7.按照公司要求开发DTP药房，合理布局、满足销售需求，重点关注双通道药房、产权药房
8.严格开展DTP药房的日常管理工作，做到药品安全、数据清晰、库存准确
9.加强药房拜访，并做好DTP管理药房的日常核查工作，对药房进行审计监督，发现问题及时反馈
10.对于渠道价格、上游渠道进行严格管理，按照公司要求备案
11.加强与商业的合作，协助销售开发目标医院，解决停管控问题
12.搭建销售与合作商业销售团队之间的沟通桥梁，及时传递相关信息
13.提供有价值的信息（如药事会信息/单双通道/挂网/医保目录等）
14.协助开展招标、医保等工作
15.对项目进行有效管理，保证项目的顺利开展，达成项目指标
16.每周与开展项目的合作商业进行业务回顾，督促项目进度
17.对项目数据进行严格管理，保障数据真实、准确
