Requirements

Candidates should have experience in managing distribution partnerships, preferably in Unified Communications/Cloud/Telephony space, and a deep understanding of the Distribution ecosystem in the European market. Fluency in English, Polish, and ideally another language of the region is required.

Responsibilities

The Distribution Channel Account Manager will enhance sales revenue by building relationships with distributors, collaborating with distributors and partners on lead generation plans, training, and deals progression, and driving business growth through distributor/channel programs while maintaining customer satisfaction. They will be based in Poland and responsible for owning the distribution relationships in Eastern Europe, analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth with Distribution partners, and developing and executing sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution operations & sales enablement.
