Responsibilities

Maintenance and support of facility, infrastructure, and material handling equipment within the Distribution Center
Lead a team of technical and mechanical specialists, demonstrating positive engagement and leadership with emphasis on safety, performance, and accountability
Ensure regulatory compliance and CVS policy adherence
Prepare cost controls and adhere to budgets
Identify opportunities to improve safety and performance within the building and its material handling systems
Demonstrate competency in maintenance planning and budgeting
Manage facility operations and equipment, including implementing process improvements, effective workflow management, and preventative maintenance programs
Apply strong understanding of maintenance practices for critical operating equipment, including LOTO, hazard identification, and appropriate PPE requirements
Analyze risk, develop contingencies, and make decisions to avoid negatively impacting production while maintaining highest safety standards
Utilize knowledge of computerized maintenance management, procurement, and service ticket systems
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and develop strategies to improve uptime and building availability
