Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in a Channel/Distribution led sales position across the Nordics, with a preference for cybersecurity experience. They require excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to create and deliver value propositions, and the capacity to identify and influence critical decision-makers at an enterprise level. Fluency in Romanian and English is also essential, and a strong business acumen and professionalism are required.

Responsibilities

As a Distribution Account Manager, the individual will be accountable for working closely with internal resources and distribution partners to build and implement successful partner plans, delivering pipeline to meet sales quotas. They will identify new business opportunities, establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers, prepare business plans, and act as a CrowdStrike ambassador within specific accounts. Responsibilities also include articulating the company’s value proposition, collaborating with internal and virtual teams to drive opportunities, partnering with distribution partners to lead opportunities, driving product marketing and demand generation activities, and being accountable for existing and new distribution & channel partners.
