Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management, with focus on building technical products and services
  • 5+ years of experience working with Cloud computing technologies and Micro-services architectures
  • 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams
  • 5+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Pharmacy technology
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and cloud based delivery models
  • Deep knowledge in software development with AI/ML applications in workflow optimization, predictive analytics and operational efficiency
  • Strong decision making skills in ambiguous, fast moving environments
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA

Responsibilities

  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire cross-functional product management teams, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with the RX Modernization vision
  • Agile Product Leadership: Guide teams to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring quick and informed decision-making to drive rapid iterations and product improvements
  • Strategic Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for the RX Modernization Program, aligning with business objectives to deliver cutting-edge pharmacy management solutions
  • Customer-Centric Design: Translate customer and colleague needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring exceptional user experiences and improved Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Technology Enablement: Leverage modern technologies like cloud computing, AI, and microservices to build scalable, reliable, and innovative products that meet future pharmacy needs
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and iteration, leveraging data-driven insights to improve products and operational processes
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with pharmacy operations and analytics teams to design intelligent workflows, optimize efficiencies, and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior executives, engineering, and business teams to communicate the product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively
