Requirements

Proven experience in leading large-scale systems engineering or infrastructure modernization initiatives
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data transmission technologies, file transfer protocols, and cloud-native infrastructure
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Release management and on-call production support experience
Automation, batch, and data support experience using JCL, TSO, SQL, ISPF, Control-M, and Python
Demonstrated success in driving operational transformation and process automation
Familiarity with IBM mainframe, distributed application architecture, and CSP services
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for delivering business impact through technology

Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of Fidelity’s legacy file transfer environment into a modern, cloud-ready platform
Drive the development of self-service capabilities and automation to improve scalability and reduce operational friction
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business partners to define and execute strategic technology roadmaps
Ensure operational excellence through proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, resolve issues, and deliver value
