Requirements

  • Experience in management consulting or strategy development required
  • Strong strategy consulting toolkit including critical thinking skills, structured problem solving, and actionable synthesis to turn data into insights
  • Ability to deliver practical recommendations based on strategic and operational analysis and primary/secondary research
  • Strategic leadership and strong collaboration skills to influence teams across functional areas to achieve business goals
  • Ability to manage and execute complex programs while demonstrating relationship management skills across functions including product, technology, and service
  • Ability to develop and maintain project plans, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver business results

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategy, planning, and implementation of new, innovative offerings for NCS
  • Play a key role in the development of business portfolio strategy across NCS’ products and services for current and future customer segments
  • Deliver on NCS’ long-term strategic vision by evaluating customer needs, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Inform decisions on which offerings to develop, maintain, or retire, maximizing overall portfolio value and competitiveness in the marketplace
