Expertise in driving M&A initiatives end-to-end, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating synergies, leading due diligence, and managing post-deal integration
Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling investor presentations and engaging with investors/board members
Skills in defining and tracking internal/external KPIs for long-term growth
Capability to analyze complex data sets and convert them into actionable intelligence
Strong relationship-building with cross-functional leaders and industry partners to gather insights on competitors, markets, and regulations
Experience collaborating with FP&A to enhance financial processes

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a small but high-performing team, coaching and empowering them to deliver measurable impact
Partner with the executive team on strategic projects that drive revenue and enhance margins
Drive M&A initiatives end-to-end: sourcing opportunities, evaluating synergies, leading due diligence, and managing post-deal integration
Create and deliver compelling investor presentations; regularly engage with investors and board members to communicate performance, growth plans, and strategic opportunities
Define and track the internal and external KPIs that matter most for Nium’s long-term growth; ensure leadership has clear visibility into performance against strategic priorities
Analyze complex data sets and convert them into actionable intelligence
Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and industry partners to gather insights on competitor strategies, market shifts, and regulatory developments, translating these into recommendations
Collaborate with FP&A to enhance financial processes
