Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or marketing analytics, ideally in sponsorship marketing, brand strategy, or client-facing consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of market research, specifically primary, customer consumer insight, and quantitative research
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships
  • Leadership experience managing analysts or insight teams; able to coach, prioritize, and elevate quality of work
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity creation
  • A passion for sponsorship, consumer engagement, sports, arts, music, entertainment, and charitable initiatives, and using data to drive strategic decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic lead across all engagements
  • Insight Application: Translate data and analytics into actionable strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable impact
  • Client Strategy & Growth: Leveraging client's solutions, develop customized sponsorship strategies, provide thought leadership, and proactively identify ways to expand and deepen client relationships
  • Consultative Guidance: Deliver high-touch service and insight-led recommendations that inform brand decision-making and optimize sponsorship ROI
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by showcasing client’s capabilities to potential clients
  • Innovation & Concepting: Collaborate with internal teams to evolve current solutions and/or co-develop innovative solutions and go-to-market strategies tailored to client needs
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on sponsorship and marketing trends to ensure clients remain ahead of the curve and informed by best practices
