Requirements

7+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or marketing analytics, ideally in sponsorship marketing, brand strategy, or client-facing consulting roles
Strong understanding of market research, specifically primary, customer consumer insight, and quantitative research
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights
Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships
Leadership experience managing analysts or insight teams; able to coach, prioritize, and elevate quality of work
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly with senior stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity creation
A passion for sponsorship, consumer engagement, sports, arts, music, entertainment, and charitable initiatives, and using data to drive strategic decision-making

Responsibilities

Client Leadership: Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic lead across all engagements
Insight Application: Translate data and analytics into actionable strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable impact
Client Strategy & Growth: Leveraging client's solutions, develop customized sponsorship strategies, provide thought leadership, and proactively identify ways to expand and deepen client relationships
Consultative Guidance: Deliver high-touch service and insight-led recommendations that inform brand decision-making and optimize sponsorship ROI
Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by showcasing client’s capabilities to potential clients
Innovation & Concepting: Collaborate with internal teams to evolve current solutions and/or co-develop innovative solutions and go-to-market strategies tailored to client needs
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on sponsorship and marketing trends to ensure clients remain ahead of the curve and informed by best practices
