Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, ideally in a relevant field
Proven track record of leading social media strategies for multiple brands and across multiple social media platforms
Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
Proficiency in social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies for Tools & Outdoor brands, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across platforms
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform and audience
Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring activation in trends aligned to brand messaging
Work closely with cross-functional partners (such as the Global Brand team, Brand Management, Public Relations, Agency Partners, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration
Manage the social media and influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
