Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of large-scale programs to drive sales growth and customer retention
  • Build and maintain a Commercial Intake process in support of a best in class Go to Market program
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness
  • Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share
  • Assist with go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio and retention
  • Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure implementation plans are effective, strategic and are aligned to meet MarketPoint's goals and objectives
  • Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes
  • Implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance
  • Provides input into functions strategy
  • Provide leadership to a team of roughly ten associates, driving associate engagement initiatives, developing and managing talent, and leading change efforts
