Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience
  • 5-10+ years of experience in business operations or sales operations/support, with strategic project leadership experience
  • At least 5 years managing a team of direct reports
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce
  • Experience leading projects and influencing key decision-makers across Revenue Operations, Sales, Sales Support, and the broader business
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Financial services experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale sales compensation modeling and execution
  • Drive sales structure and planning
  • Own and evolve sales process management
  • Ensure CRM accuracy (Salesforce.com)
  • Deliver complex reporting and insights using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Build and refine functional areas within revenue operations
  • Support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Build sales and sales support team analysis and insights packs that drive action and change
  • Lead technology projects that are adopted by sales and sales support to improve performance across key business dimensions
  • Act as a liaison across Nasdaq departments
  • Work directly with revenue leaders and cross-functional partners such as Legal, Marketing, Sales Support and Finance to support all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Monitor and review progress with the Sales team, tracking various sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage a team within revenue operations and be the gatekeeper for revenue operations across various Nasdaq departments
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support the sales cycle, increasing accuracy by addressing where data and process improvement can be achieved
