Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales/new business facing role in sponsorship or strategic brand partnerships
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity creation
  • A passion for sponsorship, consumer engagement, and using data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Well-connected with a strong industry network

Responsibilities

  • Execute a sales strategy that uses transparent, actionable insights to demonstrate the value of sponsorship opportunities
  • Lead pillars of business, being the first line of communication with clients, updating them on sales progress and identifying strategy for them
  • Identify new business opportunities and communicate how intelligence and analytics drive better decision-making and ROI for clients
  • Collaborate with insights and delivery teams to translate complex sponsorship data into compelling, results-oriented solutions for clients
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by providing consultative, insight-led recommendations that address their strategic goals
  • Stay ahead of sponsorship market trends, using data to uncover new opportunities and develop client-focused strategies
  • Present clear, evidence-based sales proposals that demonstrate the impact of actionable insights on sponsorship outcomes
  • Become a leader in the industry, speaking at networking events and more
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying sponsorship opportunities across sport, music, entertainment, arts, cause, and venues, build relationships, and consult/represent them in-market
  • Help lead the growth of the representation offering, including nailing the value proposition and how to show up in-market
