Responsibilities

  • Direct the Project Management Office, Business Analytics, and Process Excellence departments to analyze, define, gain management approval, and implement key strategic programs
  • Lead and manage high-impact change programs that improve product experience and division productivity
  • Oversee portfolio-level activities, ensuring strategic alignment and success across existing and future programs as part of the leadership team
  • Manage program scope, risks, schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve outstanding outcomes
  • Establish sustaining processes to continuously assess cost/capacity and model GMI projects globally across the P&L
  • Manage the monthly business planning review cycle
  • Work cross-functionally and across sites to resolve conflicts and elevate program success
  • Lead the ACH product development operational cadence
  • Identify and nurture talent within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Partner with senior leadership to inform on progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations
  • Drive current programs and future strategies at the portfolio level
  • Prioritize programs and cadence, owning delivery of product releases
  • Navigate complexities of program scope, risks, schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Oversee portfolio budget for expenses and capital expenditures
