Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B Enterprise SaaS
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team of Product Marketers
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market planning, segmentation, positioning, and competitive analysis
  • Data-driven decision maker with a passion for using insights to drive strategy and outcomes
  • Exceptional communicator with strong presentation skills and executive presence
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving complex projects from strategy to execution
  • A builder who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with evolving priorities and high autonomy

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team
  • Define the product marketing strategy across our portfolio, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and GTM alignment across markets and segments
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Leadership to influence roadmap priorities based on market and customer insights
  • Build scalable systems and processes to track product marketing performance and continually improve GTM efficiency
  • Own and execute GTM plans for product launches — from positioning and pricing to messaging and enablement
  • Define and articulate EvolutionIQ’s value proposition for each audience and use case, driving clear differentiation in a competitive market
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns, events, and content strategies around key GTM priorities
  • Manage product packaging, pricing, and competitive positioning across product lines
  • Lead research to deeply understand customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends, and translate these insights into actionable strategies
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally and externally, ensuring alignment between product strategy and real-world market needs
  • Equip Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with the tools and knowledge they need to effectively communicate our value and drive adoption
  • Partner with Sales leadership on enablement, messaging, and content development that drives engagement and conversion
  • Work with Product and Data Science to identify new growth opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback
  • Drive collaboration across teams to ensure product storytelling and brand messaging are aligned company-wide
  • Own the vision and execution for how EvolutionIQ’s products are positioned, packaged, and launched to market
