Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the team: Manage and develop the product marketing function, building team capabilities, establishing best practices, and hiring talent for growth
  • Drive market intelligence and customer research: Conduct deep market analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors; synthesize insights from customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market trends
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between Product, Growth Marketing, and Sales
  • Elevate frameworks, processes, and team capabilities for world-class product launches
  • Directly influence product strategy through customer insights
  • Refine product positioning for dual audiences (restaurant owners and diners)
  • Mature go-to-market playbooks to drive adoption
  • Strengthen voice of customer feedback loops to inform product roadmap decisions
