Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for Virtual Cards by increasing first-time user conversion and monthly active users
- Own the holistic virtual card experience across web and mobile self-servicing channels, including technology, user experience, go-to-market strategies
- Integrate virtual cards into onboarding, key product launches, and marketing content
- Develop and lead a high-performing product team
- Establish and implement a strategic roadmap to achieve key business outcomes
- Introduce new tactics to optimize existing growth mechanisms and levers
- Partner with various lines of business to embed virtual card functionality into broader product design and marketing lifecycle
