Candidates must have 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. A proven track record in building and scaling B2B SaaS products is essential. Experience in HR tech or employee experience products is highly advantageous. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and customer-facing situations are required. Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership, especially across Engineering teams, is also necessary.
The Director of Product Management will define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities, and lead quarterly planning and roadmap prioritization. They will partner with product and organizational leadership to set product vision and strategic direction, and drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, sales, and customer success. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of 6 product managers and designers, building high-performing, collaborative product teams with clear accountability, and leading by example to operationalize product management best practices. The Director will foster a culture of customer-centricity, data-informed decision making, and continuous learning, owning end-to-end domain strategy and lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization. Collaboration with engineering leadership on technical architecture and implementation, establishing and monitoring key product metrics, and partnering with sales and marketing teams are also key responsibilities. Facilitating customer discovery and validation team efforts, representing product vision externally, and driving product-market fit optimization and expansion into adjacent opportunities are expected.
