Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience in software, with at least some experience at a startup
Experience building products with an appreciation for user experience in SaaS environments, delivering end-to-end workflows that involve user interfaces and SDK experiences for internal teams
People management / leadership experience, with a track record of recruiting, mentoring and guiding teams
Strong execution skills in fast-paced, iterative environments
Experience working across infrastructure, machine learning, and web-based product teams
Proven ability to connect business goals to product strategy and translate complex technical requirements into user-focused solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building products for expert data labeling or post-training data domains
Experience building 0 → 1 AI-native products with two-sided marketplaces
Experience leading and sustaining product growth initiatives
Experience working in domains with adversarial behavior or fraud
Familiarity with security topics, including but not limited to sensitive, regulated data (PII / PHI / PCI) and associated controls with handling said data
Prior founding experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns our teams to drive seamless product development that supports our business goals
Lead cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and our Expert Contributor network to deliver a cohesive and user-friendly platform for our internal and external customers
Foster a culture of fast iteration, learning from failures, and continuous improvement
Advocate for research investments, understanding their impact and ensuring significant differentiation
Provide technical and strategic product leadership while balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to scale and evolve our DaaS platform
