Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Product Management with a proven track record of successful launches. Experience launching new products or expanding successful products into new categories or regions within an agile environment is required. Strong execution focus, the ability to create actionable plans amidst ambiguity, a deep understanding of GTM and customer teams, strategic and visionary thinking, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director, Product Management will define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, including large-scale, cross-functional product initiatives and system integrations. This role involves prioritizing and managing an agile backlog, engaging with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, and leading cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to deliver products on time. Responsibilities also include staying abreast of market trends and competitor products, leveraging analytics and research to drive product direction, and clearly communicating product plans and results to various audiences.
