Requirements

  • Expertise in procurement strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement for Finance-related categories (Audit, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, Pensions, Insurance, Cash and Asset Management, Capital Markets)
  • Ability to partner with senior Finance stakeholders (e.g., Head of Tax, Chief Audit Officer, Controller) to develop and implement global and sub-category strategies
  • Knowledge of market nuances to develop, implement, and drive global, regional, and local services strategies and processes
  • Strong skills in sourcing, supplier relationship management, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Capability to lead complex, program-level projects, initiatives, and negotiations
  • Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, preferred supplier programs, budget compliance, and risk management
  • Proficiency in developing metrics, reporting mechanisms, KPIs, and 3–5-year strategic plans
  • Ability to drive cross-market and cross-functional collaboration, governance forums, sustainability, DEI, and strategic enterprise programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Procurement Business and Partnership Strategy for Global Finance Categories, including understanding market nuances, developing/implementing strategies and processes, driving cost and service improvements, and encouraging cross-market/cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop and manage senior business relationships with Finance key partners through collaborative relationships, championing Procurement initiatives, driving co-ownership and accountability, and implementing metrics/reporting
  • Develop and implement a 3–5-year strategic plan for Finance categories (Audit, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, Pensions, Insurance, Capital Markets), ensuring alignment with Finance transformation, budget compliance, savings realization, and schedule attainment
  • Own and drive complex, program-level projects, initiatives, and negotiations on a prioritized basis
  • Ensure compliance with preferred supplier programs and manage risk across Finance categories
  • Participate in governance forums and support sustainability, DEI, and strategic enterprise program outcomes
  • Identify, build, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships, partnerships, and alliances with suppliers through Supplier Relationship Development programs, focusing on processes, procedures, segmentation, metrics/KPI development, and application
  • Ensure excellence in delivery of Finance initiatives that maximize corporate, business, and functional priorities and objectives
