Responsibilities

Oversee Plan Consultants who support document and ERISA compliance for 401(k)/403(b) plans across all Workplace Investing (WI) markets, including TEM
Draft key objectives, strategies and apply data to make business decisions
Accountable for the Plan Consulting process, delivering in the service model and communicating service needs with business partners
Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholders for the Plan Consulting process
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on maximum value aligned with Plan Consulting strategy
Enhance customer experience related to IRS Pre-Approved Document creation through cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and compliance
Partner with Legal, Implementation PMs, Client Relationship Managers, and Sales
Provide primary client contact for IRS Preapproved Document Creation, technical/data support for clients and partners, and participate in assigned projects
