BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of Pharmacy/PBM experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Responsibilities

Manage contracts and relationships with PBM vendors
Develop relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
Manage a team of account executives and account managers to deliver exceptional service and foster long-term client partnerships
Strengthen client satisfaction and explore new opportunities within the territory
Execute CarelonRx strategies to maximize value from PBM contracts
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with PBM contracts
Manage a team to support rebate analysis, network pricing compliance, and other financial aspects of the contract
Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports
Create career growth pathways for associates
