  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 10+ years of total professional experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years directly owning Channel Partnerships or Strategic Alliances for a B2B SaaS platform
  • Proven expertise in building, developing, and growing channel partnerships and relevant programs
  • Consistent, positive track record of exceeding ambitious revenue targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and business judgment
  • Self-starter who demonstrates ownership and thrives with ambiguity
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong preference for candidates with an MBA, prior SaaS experience, strategic knowledge of global distributors or public sector channels, or an understanding of the construction industry

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire partnership lifecycle by serving as the executive point person for key channel relationships
  • Identify, negotiate, and formalize complex, value-driven agreements
  • Govern strategy and execution by creating and driving strategic Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Define shared KPIs and lead executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Lead cross-functional alignment by collaborating with internal teams to integrate partner strategies with business goals
  • Account for global indirect revenue by managing the forecast and overseeing co-sell and resell programs
  • Establish and report on clear performance metrics for in-field channel resources
  • Evangelize the strategic value and successes of the partnership ecosystem to internal stakeholders
  • Mentor and influence regional field resources, ensuring tight sales alignment and consistent channel execution
