Responsibilities

Craft a compelling vision of the future, rallying stakeholder enthusiasm to transform operational processes by blending site-specific insights, customer feedback, and pioneering advancements
Engage global, regional leaders and all levels of the organization in a shared vision that encapsulates strategic direction and cultural shifts
Lead large-scale change initiatives with a clear roadmap, adjusting strategies as necessary to respond to dynamic operational needs
Ignite and guide scalable technology deployments, overseeing the entire lifecycle from ideation through deployment and retirement
Foster partnerships with disruptive technologies, universities, and industry leaders to fuel innovation

Champion resource and budget management for innovating, validating, and implementing impactful changes that drive efficiency
Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal use of assets and personnel, balancing budget constraints with advanced tools and technologies
Implement rigorous evaluation processes to measure efficacy and impact of changes, driving continuous improvements based on data-driven insights
Build alignment among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to foster swift decision-making and implementation of strategic initiatives
Act as a catalyst for change using persuasive communication and understanding of organizational dynamics to overcome resistance and foster collaboration and innovation
Facilitate effective decision-making forums that encourage open dialogue and rapid resolution of challenges
