Responsibilities

The Director of Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations will oversee the functional areas of overall supply chain, ensuring productive working relationships and operational efficiency. They will collaborate with the senior leadership team to translate go-to-market strategies into operational initiatives, improve operational systems and processes, and increase effectiveness and efficiencies. The role involves managing planning processes for forecast accuracy and on-time order fulfillment, leading collaborative forecasting, driving seasonal buying budgets, managing 3PL logistics, optimizing DC operations, and mentoring the logistics team. Furthermore, the Director will provide analysis and recommendations to drive cross-functional decisions, work with merchandising and sales teams on market analysis, and collaborate with global supply chain operations to implement best practices.
