The Director of Strategic Accounts will be responsible for acquiring new Enterprise customers in North America by leveraging their existing network and experience, managing complex global deal cycles, identifying new prospects, collaborating with internal teams, providing regular reporting on KPIs, ensuring a positive customer experience, and negotiating partnership agreements. They will also contribute to building best practices and maintaining a robust pipeline.
