Candidates need previous role as a Solution Designer in Back Office consultancy within capital markets, expertise in all asset classes (FX, FI/MM, IRD, FXD, CRD, EQD, CMD), expertise in post trade processing (clearing, settlement, confirmations, collateral, settlement messages, trade life cycle), ability to simplify complex ideas, proficiency in English, strategic approach, customer focus, and collaborative teamwork.

A strong candidate has prior experience as a Solution Designer in Back Office capital markets consultancy, deep expertise across all asset classes and post-trade processing, strong communication skills to simplify complex ideas, a strategic and customer-focused mindset, and personal attributes like analytical thinking, results-driven approach, and being team-oriented; desirable is understanding of Front-To-Back Business Units.
