Requirements

  • Previous role as a Solution Designer in Back Office consultancy within the capital markets industry
  • Expertise in all asset classes: FX, FI/MM, IRD, FXD, CRD, EQD, CMD
  • Expertise in Post trade processing topics: Clearing, settlement, confirmations, collateral, settlement messages, trade life cycle
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Proficiency in English (other language is a plus)
  • Strategic approach with the ability to anticipate future trends
  • Customer focused, effectively communicating requirements and functionalities
  • Collaborative great teammate
  • Personal attributes: Analytical thinking, results-driven, effective communication, team-oriented, transparent and accountable
  • Availability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet clients onsite as required
  • Valid working permit for the EU

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Pre-sales specific activities of potential large scale
  • Participate in blueprint and other implementation phases and assist on defining scope as per Capital Market Taxonomy
  • Assist with questions to be asked
  • Features & user story creation
  • Develop best practices for blueprint/business requirements
  • Implementation plan – designing the solution
  • Ensure best practices are followed across projects
  • Work on training team members to develop competency across all divisions
