Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years leading a product group or product line. A deep understanding of D2C and in-app models, LiveOps cycles, economy and pricing, and their impact on conversion, ARPPU, and regional retention is essential. Experience growing mobile products globally, a strong grasp of the market, monetization, and player lifecycle, ownership of budgets and P&L, and strong analytics and experimentation skills are required. The ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate at an executive level, along with fluent English, is also necessary. Experience in game production, publishing, fintech, e-commerce, CRM and analytics stacks, and understanding responsible monetization and player experience are considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product will define and evolve the strategy for Web Shop, managing the product portfolio and investment priorities. They will plan and defend budgets, forecast, own the P&L at the business line level, and control unit economics and core KPIs. Developing Direct To Customer as a business across Web Shop, shaping value propositions and commercial models, including recurring revenue scenarios, is a key responsibility. The role involves launching and growing mobile and Web Shop in priority regions by partnering with internal teams and external partners. Utilizing data to guide decisions, running experiments, validating hypotheses, and systematizing learning are crucial. Establishing shared standards for planning, releases, and post-launch analysis, along with clear and consistent stakeholder communication, is expected. Additionally, the Director will provide mentorship and build a culture of ownership and speed.
