Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience, along with over 5 years of experience in building and maintaining mobile and web applications. Essential skills include hands-on experience with Flutter and React/Next.js, a strong background in solution design, scalability, performance, and security, and solid experience with testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to prioritize multiple projects and work independently or in cross-functional teams are also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Mobile/Web Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile (Flutter) and web (React/Next.js) applications, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of complex solutions with scalability and performance in mind, identifying areas for enhancement, and contributing to a development roadmap aligned with business goals. The role also involves monitoring, assessing, and resolving complex software issues, creating and executing automated unit tests, partnering with cross-functional teams, maintaining technical documentation, implementing performance metrics, and staying current with industry trends to enhance development and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
