Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of product management experience, with a significant portion as a product leader in consumer internet environments. Proven expertise in organic and product-led growth strategies, delivering measurable revenue and engagement growth, is essential. Strong product intuition, exceptional analytical skills with expertise in hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and data analysis, along with a deep understanding of user psychology and behavior, are required. Familiarity with AI and Gen AI product development is preferred, and background in health/fitness or healthcare products is valued. Experience leading direct-to-consumer businesses with a focus on subscription metrics and outcomes, alongside the ability to attract and retain top talent and build high-performing teams, is also valued. Excellent leadership and communication skills, strategic thinking with hands-on execution, a user-focused mindset driven by data and research, comfort with ambiguity, risk, and change, and high ethical standards are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product Management will develop and lead a Member Growth strategy and roadmap, focusing on user experiences that attract, engage, and retain members. This role involves overseeing product areas such as signup, onboarding, activation, and retention loops, and leading product-led growth initiatives focused on acquisition, activation, and re-engagement metrics aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include analyzing data and A/B experiments to identify trends and opportunities, balancing transformative initiatives with experiments, and defining and monitoring KPIs to measure effectiveness. The Director will lead and mentor a team of product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation, and reporting findings and updates to stakeholders, including executives. Collaboration with various teams like Marketing, GTM, Clinical, and Finance to create actionable product strategies is also a key responsibility.
