Requirements

The ideal candidate must have 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in engineering. Strong ability to work independently, lead large tasks, and collaborate with others is required. Production experience with Kubernetes, Postgres, event brokers, and major cloud provider platform services is essential. The director will lead engineering teams responsible for cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, and technical operations, overseeing availability, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. They will collaborate with security and compliance teams, establish and monitor KPIs/SLAs, provide thought leadership on infrastructure strategy, and improve developer experience through better tooling and internal platforms.
