Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Non-Profit Management or similar required
Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) or similar preferred
1-3 years of fundraising experience, with experience in major gift solicitation, capital campaigns, and program management preferred
Knowledge of the Iowa Great Lakes region and its community essential
Proven experience in fundraising
Exceptional communication skills
Passion for building lasting donor relationships

Responsibilities

Drive fundraising strategies and donor engagement to support the mission
Oversee major gift programs, annual campaigns, and community outreach
Foster strong relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations
Work closely with LRH Leadership and the LRH Foundation Board of Directors to align philanthropic initiatives with organizational priorities
Lead strategic fundraising and donor stewardship programs
Collaborate with leadership and board members to advance philanthropic goals
Manage events, campaigns, and grant processes
Represent the organization in community and public settings
