Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree or HR certification being a plus. Responsibilities

The Director of People Operations will lead and scale the People Operations function, developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture. This role involves providing strategic direction to the executive team on people-related matters, acting as a trusted advisor on organizational structure, change management, and employee development, and leading the People team. Responsibilities include overseeing compensation and benefits, employee relations, retention, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and conducting policy audits. The Director will also improve people operations processes and systems, design talent development programs, and use data-driven insights and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and report on organizational trends.
