  • Drive External Project Planning & Execution: Define partnership roadmaps, outline key milestones, and ensure smooth execution across all phases.
  • Lead New Partner Activation: Support onboarding and go-to-market strategies for new partners by crafting documentation, structuring workflows, and establishing best practices.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with PolicyMe’s internal teams (Product, Operations, Growth, Engineering, Customer Success) to drive alignment and execution on partner initiatives.
  • Proactively Solve Challenges: Anticipate execution risks, troubleshoot roadblocks, and ensure smooth collaboration between internal and external teams.
  • Refine & Elevate Our Partnership Strategy: Continuously optimize how we engage with partners, improve processes, and drive long-term success.
  • Execute Independently with High Impact: Own and deliver high-impact projects without needing a large support team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fields related to strategic partnership management (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or previous partner-driven start-ups).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior executives and building long-term trust.
  • Strong project execution skills, with the ability to own and manage high-impact projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, with the ability to work effectively with Product, Operations, Growth, and Engineering teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges, structure solutions, and ensure execution.
  • High ownership & adaptability, being proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong communicator & strategic thinker, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear action plans and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
