The Director of Operations will oversee the daily execution of all aspects of inbound and outbound warehouse operations, fleet services, facilities management, beverage services, transportation, and related third-party providers. This includes achieving performance key metrics, managing expenses and revenue, executing strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with government regulations, maintaining safety and security, and developing the operations management team. The role also involves supporting the VPO in the annual profit plan, coordinating with other departments, performing management functions of staff, and strategically adjusting departments’ activities to meet performance goals.
