Requirements

At least 7+ years of experience in a B2B marketing operations role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment
Extensive, hands-on administrative and technical knowledge of HubSpot's full capabilities, including its automation, reporting, and integrations
A strong aptitude for using data to build actionable reports, interpret performance, and make strategic decisions
The ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, tech-enabled solutions and workflows
A proven track record of creating and scaling efficient lead management and campaign execution processes
The ability to partner effectively with various teams to align on shared goals and drive unified outcomes

Responsibilities

Own the Marketing Tech Stack: Take full ownership of all marketing technologies, with a specific focus on optimising HubSpot Marketing Hub to its fullest potential
Design & Optimise Core Processes: Create and manage scalable, efficient processes for lead scoring, lead routing, database health, and attribution modelling
Enable Campaign Execution: Partner with the Growth and Brand & Content teams to build the workflows, segmentation, and tracking necessary for seamless and measurable campaign execution
Streamline Lead Management: Develop and implement the entire lead journey, from initial capture and enrichment to qualification and a smooth handoff to the sales team
Drive Funnel Visibility: Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into campaign ROI, funnel performance, and operational efficiency
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product to ensure all systems and data are aligned across the entire revenue funnel
