Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s strategic marketing plan, focusing on pharmaceutical brands and HCP engagement
  • Lead the creation of HCP marketing materials, including clinical decks, detail aids, patient starter kits, MOA content, sales collateral, and digital assets
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign development across multiple therapeutic areas
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure all materials comply with FDA, OPDP, and industry guidelines
  • Drive multichannel campaigns including digital, print, email, events, social media, and field sales tools
  • Lead market research efforts to evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Oversee agency relationships, creative development, and marketing operations to ensure high-quality and timely output
  • Manage brand budgets, forecasting, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Support product launches, disease awareness campaigns, and promotional initiatives across provider and patient audiences
  • Ensure cohesive brand messaging across internal and external communications
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing managers, coordinators, and cross-functional contributors
