Responsibilities

  • Provides direction to field team and fosters planning discipline within the Marketing function
  • Collaborates with Divisions on the application of media and creative best practices
  • Monitors all media orders and subsequent performance
  • Facilitates annual media planning and quarterly media performance reviews between Divisions and home office team
  • Drives consistent application of tools and processes to maximize productivity across Divisions
  • Conducts coaching on root-cause analysis to derive actionable insights
  • Uses diagnostic framework to recommend action steps for community- and market-specific problems
  • Provides thought leadership and applies experience to help Divisions meet or exceed goals
  • Establishes processes to overcome shared issues
  • Exploits full capabilities of PulteGroup systems and tools
  • Creates, maintains, and evolves centralized tools and materials (e.g., templates for annual plans, performance tracking, Playbooks)
  • Delivers field input/feedback to home office SMEs to focus solutions on field needs and prioritize resources
  • Provides visibility to monthly division performance with contextual layering for Senior Leadership
  • Conducts in-market visits with each Division a minimum of two times annually
  • Responsible for Annual Marketing Summit Meetings
  • Leads monthly National and Area calls with extended marketing team
  • Establishes regular calls with each Division marketing team direct report
  • Identifies needs of each Division, provides talent assessment and solutions
  • Works closely with Division leadership to establish attainable performance objectives and holds team members accountable
  • Provides coaching on skills and behaviors
