Requirements

  • Experience building and leading IT organizations in cloud-native, distributed, fast-growing environments
  • Expertise in zero-trust principles and cloud-first IT operations
  • Knowledge of IT software solutions including MDM/Endpoint management (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune), helpdesk/ticketing platforms, asset management systems, identity lifecycle and access governance tools, SaaS management/security platforms, and automation/orchestration tools
  • Ability to evaluate, select, purchase, and deploy IT software solutions
  • Strong partnership skills with Security, Compliance/GRC, SRE, Engineering, HR/People, and Facilities teams
  • Experience managing global workforces and hybrid collaboration environments

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor the IT organization—including IT Operations, IT Helpdesk, systems administrators, endpoint management, and office technology specialists
  • Define the IT vision and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals, compliance requirements, and zero-trust principles
  • Establish operational excellence through documentation, automation, SLAs, dashboards, and repeatable processes
  • Own all corporate IT systems including identity providers, collaboration platforms, SaaS applications, and device management tooling
  • Oversee SaaS provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, vendor negotiations, and renewals
  • Maintain system integrations across HR/People tools, identity providers, and internal workflows for seamless onboarding/offboarding
  • Build and manage a world-class IT Helpdesk for first-line and second-line support, including workflows, ticketing, knowledge bases, automation, and performance metrics
  • Own end-to-end device lifecycle management—procurement, imaging, MDM enrollment, configuration, shipping, returns, and secure disposal
  • Ensure endpoints meet security, compliance, and operational standards; oversee fleet health, patching, and endpoint security in partnership with Security team
  • Lead design and maintenance of office networks (WiFi, firewalls, segmentation, secure connectivity), office security systems (badge access, cameras, sensors), and AV/conference room systems
  • Partner with Facilities on office buildouts, relocations, and operational readiness
  • Own implementation and maintenance of IT controls for SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and related compliance
