Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred), 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in IAM leadership, deep knowledge of IAM technologies like SAML, OAuth, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk, plus cloud IAM experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, and strong leadership and communication skills.
The role requires leading and mentoring a team of IAM engineers and analysts, overseeing vendor management, and influencing at all levels of the organization.
A strong candidate has proven experience leading IAM programs in large enterprises, familiarity with DevSecOps, automation, identity federation, and the ability to translate complex security topics into business-friendly language, along with relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM.
