Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering at Hitech companies, with a strong background and expertise in IL labour laws, employee relations and cultural nuances
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with experience managing partnership with global teams
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment at the macro level, including workforce planning, defining organizational needs, managing headcount and targets, and overseeing hiring processes
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Drive processes to strengthen employee engagement and retention of talents around the world
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders effectively
  • Data driven point of view to provide actionable insights to align HR strategies with business objectives, strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Be the central hub for all people-related challenges: Act as the trusted advisor for leadership and individual contributors alike, navigating complex employee relations, performance conversations, and strategic pivots with clarity and decisiveness
  • Manage different HR processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, comp systems and more
  • Translates business objectives into HR strategies with real impact, demonstrating a proactive, solution-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Office attendance is needed for a minimum of 3 days a week or whatever company policy is in place

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the HR roadmap ensuring alignment with global business priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Leadership on workforce planning, talent strategies, and employee engagement and well being
  • Partner with business leaders on organisational assessment and design initiatives to support growth and operational excellence
  • Analyse people data and provide actionable insights to managers to support informed decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Champion a culture aligned with At-Bay’s values, fostering an environment where employees are highly engaged and motivated
  • Serve as the main resource on IL employment laws and cultural nuances, managing complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with local regulations/changes in legislation
  • Maintain and enhance IL-wide people policies to ensure employee benefits remain competitive and compliant
  • Lead, manage and scale the IL people team to have continuous, positive impact on the broader IL workforce
  • Be visible and approachable to offer guidance and support for all IL employees
