The Senior Manager will design and optimize strategies to advance health and well-being objectives, including developing and executing multi-year strategic plans for healthcare and well-being improvements. This role involves leading the identification of emerging trends, aligning strategies with business goals, and designing, launching, and managing comprehensive health and wellness programs. Responsibilities also include overseeing the integration of physical, emotional, and financial well-being initiatives, establishing metrics for program effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. The manager will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional teams, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and prepare reports for senior leadership. Additionally, the role requires serving as a thought leader, mentoring staff, fostering a culture of health, championing well-being initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
