Responsibilities

Responsibilities also include overseeing the integration of physical, emotional, and financial well-being initiatives, establishing metrics for program effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. The manager will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional teams, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and prepare reports for senior leadership. Additionally, the role requires serving as a thought leader, mentoring staff, fostering a culture of health, championing well-being initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
