Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Director of Engineering, you will re-architect and refactor the gateway runtime to support future evolution, own and execute the roadmap for performance tuning and optimizations, lead the development of profiling and debugging tools, manage shift scheduling and KPIs, ensure high-quality work and SLA adherence, manage customer escalation system technically, provide leadership and constructive feedback to engineering teams, organize and manage teams to fit into the organization, set and manage expectations with other teams and stakeholders, and assure high quality work and SLA adherence from the entire Engineering org.
