The Engineering Manager will lead the development of a scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud platform across AWS and GCP, provide technical leadership in designing and operating Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native services, champion developer self-service by building tools and frameworks, define and measure developer productivity using frameworks like DORA and SPACE, establish and manage a robust 24/7 monitoring strategy, partner with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and deliver projects, own relationships with cloud service providers, optimize cloud spend through FinOps practices, advocate for architectural best practices, mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers, and foster an inclusive culture of innovation.
