Responsibilities

The Director of Engineering will set the technical and strategic direction for the Equities and Tokenised Equities team, aligning engineering outcomes with business goals. Responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing team of engineers and managers, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation, and partnering with Product, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to define roadmaps and technical constraints. The role involves overseeing the architecture and operational maturity of equity trading systems, driving cross-functional engineering initiatives, attracting and retaining engineering talent, monitoring team performance, and representing the team's work to senior leadership and external partners.
