Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of engineering leadership experience, with expertise in backend/server-side development, mobile applications, and enterprise software management. They must have a strong background in software testing, including functional and performance testing, and experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing enterprise software implementations. Responsibilities

They will manage vendor relationships, oversee software development and testing, and ensure IT security and compliance across the organization, working cross-functionally with various teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing software development, testing, and deployment, ensuring platform optimization, leading data integration efforts, implementing enterprise platforms, evaluating and managing third-party technology vendors, optimizing data pipelines, overseeing IT infrastructure and security, establishing disaster recovery plans, and partnering with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions, as well as leading and mentoring a high-performing technology team.
