Carrot Fertility is seeking a strategic and results-driven marketing leader to oversee demand generation, content, and digital engagement strategies. As Director of Content and Demand Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, attracting new customers, and nurturing existing relationships through a multi-channel approach. You will lead a team responsible for demand generation campaigns, SEO, content strategy, and social media, ensuring digital efforts align with business objectives and accelerate growth. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other Carrot teams will be key to driving impact.

This role sits on the Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. The Marketing team consists of experts across Events, Design, Product Marketing, PR/Communications, and Digital Marketing. Carrot’s Marketing team is responsible for sharing the Carrot story with the world.
