Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in application development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Good understanding or experience in Business Process Automation (BPA) and/or Customer Data Platform solutions, like Solimar and Camunda
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
