Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field is required, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, with global experience being preferred. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP are essential. Strong understanding of business operations, particularly in the CPG industry, and proven success in driving organizational change through data-informed insights are necessary. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
The Director of Analytics will build a people analytics function from the ground up, designing models, processes, and strategies to forecast workforce needs and guide decision-making for a global employee population. They will set the vision for analytics within HR, create scalable processes, define meaningful KPIs, and partner with HR and business leaders to embed insights into daily operations. Responsibilities include leading a global people analytics strategy, developing standardized processes and tools, building predictive and prescriptive models, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, overseeing the deployment of analytics tools, maintaining data governance and ethics, growing and mentoring an analytics team, and streamlining global workforce reporting practices.
